Shipping policy

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

United States & Canada: typically 7–14 business days.

UK, EU, Australia & New Zealand: typically 8–16 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.

Free tracked shipping on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 pay a flat rate shown at checkout.

Every order is tracked. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, and you can check status anytime on our Track Order page.

Items in the same order may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You'll receive tracking for each package.

Prices are in USD. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs office, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email support@mallaxy.com and we'll investigate and resolve it.
