If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Email support@mallaxy.com with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — you won't need to send the item back.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they usually appear within 5–10 business days.

For hygiene reasons, worn in-ear audio products can only be returned if defective.
